1. Our role
Orandus is a food discovery platform. We list information about food spots — menus, prices, timings, contact details, and delivery options. We are not a restaurant, a seller, a delivery service, or a payment service.
2. Information is vendor-supplied
Menu items, prices, timings, availability and photos are provided by the vendors or by users. They may be inaccurate or out of date. We don't guarantee them — please confirm directly with the vendor. All food preparation, hygiene, safety, licensing, packaging, and FSSAI statutory compliance are the exclusive responsibility of the respective food business operator (FBO).
3. We are not a party to your transactions
Any order, payment, delivery, or agreement happens directly between you and the vendor (or the delivery partner you choose). Orandus takes no commission and is not a party to, and is not responsible for, those transactions, including their quality, safety, price, or delivery.
4. User content
Reviews and photos submitted by users are their own. We don't verify them and may remove content that breaks these terms. If you see something wrong, contact us.
5. Listings
We may edit, suspend, or remove any listing at any time — for accuracy, quality, or any other reason. Vendors can request removal at any time.
6. External Links
Orandus provides direct links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and phone dialers, purely for user convenience. When you navigate to an external service, their respective terms and privacy policies apply.
